
The agreements are management contracts, drawn up by Consip on behalf of MEF according to which the enterprises, chosen by applying the regulations in force concerning the choice of contracting parties, are committed to accept, under the conditions and the established prices, the supply orders issued by the single Administrations who have signed up for the Purchases on line.
The supply orders can be issued in different ways: electronically, through electronic shops or, if the electronic shop is not foreseen, in the traditional way, that is by sending the order by fax.
According to these agreements and to the Financial Regulations of 2007, all central and suburban Administrations, except the institutes and schools of all levels, the education and university institutions, have to issue their orders through the internet by going through the electronic shop.
Moreover, when providing for their supplies, the above mentioned central and suburban Administrations have to apply to the agreements regarding goods and services according to the regulations of the Ministry of Economics and Finance by the month of January of each year.
